Participation Fee per Team:
Maximum 4 Members par Team, excluding accommodation, local
ground and air transfers:
1. A. Registration Fee: Euros 1100*

1. B. Fishing - Boat Charter:
Euros 3450 including:
B.1.
Maximum of 4 days fishing (within official fishing time)
within period 16.02.08 to 20.02.08, as follows:
- 1st day of fishing: 16.02.08 / 2nd day of fishing: 17.02.08
- 3rd
day of fishing: 18.02.08 / 4th day of fishing: 19.02.08
B.2. Lunch and non alcoholic drinks on board during fishing
days,
B.3. Trophies and prizes for the different winners,
B.4. Souvenirs from Marlin Masters Mauritius and theirs Partners.

Fishing Dates: the Organising Committee reserves the right
to change and or modify the fishing dates.
Important Clause – bad
weather conditions and exceptional situations / Entry Fees:
If fishing cannot be held due to bad weather conditions resulting
from Cyclones (including Cyclone Alert), strong winds, tidal
wave, rough seas, flooding and any other natural disaster – catastrophy
or any other exceptional situations beyond Organising Committee’s
control, during period (or prior to) 16.02.08 to 20.02.08,
the Organising Committee will not be held responsible for
cancellation of the tournament or reduction of the number
of fishing days. The Organising Committee will however try
its best without binding commitment to organise the Tournament
on at least one day of fishing during period 16.02.08 to
20.02.08. In this situation only, 20% of amount 1.A & 1.B
will be refunded.
If fishing is possible on 2 days or more, full payment
of Participation Fee will be claimed.
If no fishing at all is possible during the entire period
of the Tournament, 80% of amount 1.A & 1.B will be refunded.
The Organising Committee will consider also without any
guarantee and or commitment a possible extension of the Tournament
dates up to 21.02.08 maximum, depending boat availability,
in order to try to catch up fishing dates which have been
cancelled during period 16.02.08 to 20.02.08. All additional
costs for extension of accommodation (depending rooms availability)
and / or resulting from air tickets modification, will be
for the client’s account.
Hotel and Air Ticket costs will not be refunded in all
cases mentioned above.
